Tomorrow (Monday 12th September) sees the launch of the "MIGRANT WOMEN TRANSFORMING IRELAND" exhibition in Exchange's Fishbowl Gallery. This event, held collaboratively by AkiDwA and the Dublin City Council, will present the official opening of the series of activities organized to mark AkiDwA’s 10th anniversary as an organization. The photo exhibition consists of images of ten migrant women whose stories feature in AkiDwA’s new publication ‘Home and Away’. The book, which highlights contributions these women make to their own communities and to Irish society, will be launched at AkiDwA’s conference on 14th September 2011 in Trinity College Dublin.
