Volunteering
Exchange Dublin is a multidisciplinary, open collective, non-profit, arts centre which is 100% volunteer run so it is always on the lookout for new people to join the team. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and learn new skills.

If you want to learn something and do something, take the initiative on a project or try something new, speak to the volunteers to see who can help and you can learn by doing!
It’s easy to become a volunteer – come to the weekly collective meeting every wednesday or just write an email at info@exchangedublin.ie!
Speaking to volunteers is the best way to find out how things work, and the organisation has agreed practices over time as a volunteer group but these change and adapt in response to the needs of the volunteers and community.

The basic rules are to respect yourself, respect others, respect the space and respect the neighbourhood. Exchange Dublin is strictly alcohol-and-drug-free, and under-16s unaccompanied by parents or an adult guardian are not allowed in, so volunteers can focus on helping facilitate events and exhibitions.
All volunteers are beeing asked to go through garda vetting - you can get the form here and please make sure to print it out as 2 sides of one sheet, otherwise it will NOT be accepted by the garda vetting unit! You can also pick up a form from Exchange in person, please give them to a volunteer once completed and the organisation wll send it on.
